2. Products & Services (Jewellery & Accessories)
• We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and craftsmanship details of our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display screen will accurately reflect the true appearance or exact dimensions of the items.
• Handcrafted & Natural Variations: Due to the custom, made-to-order, or handcrafted nature of certain pieces, slight variations in finish, gemstone appearance, or texture may occur and are celebrated as unique characteristics of each piece.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any piece without prior notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our approved secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been confirmed.
4. Shipping, Lead Times & Delivery
• Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Pre-Orders / Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces: Require an estimated processing time of 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
• Delivery is subject to a flat fee of R100 for door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• Returns for store credit or refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, jewellery boxes, pouches, and certificates.
• Hygiene & Custom Exclusions:
• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces and sale items are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability
• KAIA, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, or allergic reactions resulting from improper care, wear and tear, or failure to follow jewellery care instructions.

• All content on this website, including text, logos, product designs, graphics, images, and software, is the property of KAIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our content without express written permission from us.
